Jim is uniquely positioned to influence innovation because of another hat that Jim wears at QLine; Jim influences innovation by crafting all QLine customer reports and key indicator dashboards. This gives JIM a deeper insight into what is truly important to our customers and where events are trending.
When Jim isn't thinking about some new feature set, he's planning his next weekend trip with his life-long buddies to Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park or the like. With Jim's voracious appetite for books he's become the company book-lending kiosk.

Theo's extensive leadership experience and diverse background, with successful technology start-ups, fortune 500 companies, a major not-for profit Provider organization, and as owner of a successful software company selling to community sector, translates well to his executive role at QLine solutions.
The wide responsibilities for Jim and Theo are only possible because of QLine's team culture and the quality of talent across QLine's management and development team.
Theo's teasing and self-deprecating humor is a QLine staple. When not immersed in the home care world, Theo enjoys golf and travel, and he is passionate about spending time with his grandchildren, usually at some park, arena or basketball court.
